Crassostrea virginica: the Eastern oyster — also called the Atlantic oyster, American oyster, or East Coast oyster.

We aim to harvest cocktail oysters, about 2.5” in length, with a full cup, yielding an excellent overall experience. The taste showcases the effect of the clean, cold water.

Our efforts on the farm and during harvest ensure that our oysters are clean, cold, and ready to enjoy!

For retail orders, local pick-up from our oyster refrigerator, on the porch of the building on the right at 115 Airport Rd, Stonington.

Weather permitting, we harvest on Wednesday of each week, and orders are ready for pick-up on the following Thursday or Friday. Contact us regarding pick-up needs.
