Spending time on the water around Deer Isle and many conversations with friends and aquaculture farmers led us to choose the waterbody between Oak Point and Campbell Island, just inside Greenlaw Cove, near Fish Creek. This area is protected, with lots of tidal flow, and not much traffic from lobstering or other commercial fisheries. It’s quiet, beautiful, and the strong tide brings plenty of nutrition for the oysters to filter.

Our operation is still in the beginning phase, but we are in the process of expanding our farm area, which will allow us to grow & harvest more oysters each year!
